Lloyd Braun
Lloyd Braun is the President, Endeavor Client Group and Chairman of WME, where he oversees the flagship entertainment agency as well as fashion management companies IMG Models, The Wall Group, Arts & Commerce and IMG’s global licensing businesses.

Prior, Lloyd was the founder and CEO of Whalerock Industries, the Head of Yahoo Media Group, the Chairman of ABC Entertainment Television Group and Presidentof Brillstein-Grey Entertainment.

Sandy Grushow
Sandy Grushow is the former Chairman of the Fox TV Entertainment Group, President of Twentieth Century Fox Television and the President of the Fox Entertainment Division.

Currently, he is the CEO of Phase 2 Media, a leading west coast advisory firm focused on digital, social media and technology companies. Prior to Phase 2, Sandy was the Chief Content Officer for Medialink. Before being named President of the Fox Entertainment Division, Sandy built the first proper marketing department from the ground up at the FOX Network and is widely credited with being instrumental in establishing the new network’s brand identity.  

Sandy stated that, ‘’the industry needs a digital location where talent, IP content and brands can discover and engage each other. I am excited to work with Alan and Eric as they launch the MutualMarkets platform which will certainly transform marketing.”
Dhiraj Kumar
Dhiraj Kumar is the Chief Marketing Office for Dashlane, a world leader in data protection. He has 20+ years of marketing experience at iconic high growth technology brands, having served in leadership role at PayPal, Facebook, Blue Vine prior to Dashlane.

At BlueVine, Dhiraj headed Growth Marketing a leading FinTech that is building a modern banking platform for small businesses. At PayPal, Dhiraj helped re-ignite the growth that established PayPal as the leading online payment system. At Facebook, he led the marketing for helping transform how businesses market online.
Kim McCullough
Kim McCullough has run marketing operations for Mazda, Nissan, Toyota and most recently was Vice President, Marketing for Jaguar Land Rover. In this role she led the marketing and public relations efforts for both the Land Rover and Jaguar brands.

Kim was recognized as one of 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry by Automotive News. Throughout her 30-year career she has received multiple awards for effectiveness of marketing campaigns as well as other industry recognitions.

McCullough is a graduate of Florida International University with a BA in Marketing and is currently on the Board of Directors of the TechForce Foundation.

“This is the second time that I have worked with Alan and Eric Gould. The first time resulted in a pioneering Audience Engagement Guarantee agreement between NBC and Toyota based on TV engagement scores from IAG Research, which was a company also founded by the Gould brothers,” noted Kim.
Emmanuel Roche
Emmanuel Roche, based in Paris, France has been a Sales & Marketing/M&A leader in Europe for more than two decades.

Currently, he serves as Senior Director – Group International Sales for SIXT, a leading mobility provider, growing fast in the US and Europe, a highly innovative leader in the digitalization of vehicle mobility, car sharing and ground transportation. Previously, he was Managing Director, France & International Sales Director for ARI Fleet, part of the Holman Group; and Director, International Sales for GMAC Financial Services-Masterlease.

Importantly, Emmanuel was member of the Supervisory Board of Masterlease Poland leading the firm to a successful IPO on the Warsaw stock exchange. He then was Chairman of the Supervisory Board, growing the firm to be #1 leasing company in Poland and contributing to its successful sale to PKO leasing in 2019. Prior, he was Sales Director, France for GE Capital Fleet Services – GE Money Bank; and Business Development Director for PHH-ARVAL.
Bryan Wolf
Bryan Wolf is a senior partner and member of the management committee of Ziffren Brittenham LLP. Bryan works with creative artists, entrepreneurs, and owners of intellectual property, concentrating on the effects of digital disruption and guiding clients through the changing economic and technological landscape. He is regularly listed in industry publications such as Best Lawyers in America, The Hollywood Reporter’s list of Most Powerful Entertainment Lawyers, and Variety’s Dealmaker Report.

Outside of his law practice, Bryan is an active entrepreneur and investor. He serves on the boards of Counter Brands, LLC and INTGR Software and is a board observer of Raze Media. Previously, he was a board member of IAG Research, Inc., a syndicated data and software company (sold to Neilsen) and a board observer of Awesomeness TV, Inc., a digital media company (sold to DreamWorks Animation).
Bryan graduated from Swarthmore College and Columbia Law School.
